I am 24 years old and I am working as a voice agent In a call center near our house. When I started working there a year ago I had a hard time adjusting specially with time because I worked at night from 8 to 4 in the morning. But when my body got used to it that’s when I started to enjoy the work.  Everyday I have the opportunity to talk to different clients from different parts of the globe. Although sometimes I encounter irate clients but its all good, all I have to do is not to lose my temper and stay cool because its all part of my job to keep the customer satisfied with my service. I like talking a lot and having conversations so the work isnt a problem with me. The best thing about working at a call center is the money and the bonuses.
